Go Fishing !

Fishing and the sea have been part of my life since my youth. A fishing rod has been in my hands since I was strong enough to hold it. Boating with family was a tradition in my childhood. I started my own practical and theoretical studies by participating in training sailing organized by Finnish Navy Association in 1967 and by successfully completing basic coastal navigation course organized by Finnish Navigation Association during 1968. Later on I passed the exam for advanced coastal navigation and got certified to operate charter boats. Recently I have been getting professional training on how to organize high-quality services for tourists,
and especially fishing charters, and have Finnish "Quality1000" certification for my services.

Trails Through the Decades

I was boating all across the Gulf of Finland, Finnish Archipelago, and the Archipelago of Sweden between Stockholm and Nynäshamn in the early 1970's
and became familiar with these waters. Sail boating since the early1980's got me experienced all around the whole Baltic Sea. Lakes of Northern Finland and the Arctic Sea off the coast of Norway were my favorites in the
1990's. During the current decade, the Swedish lakes Vänern and Vättern and the famous salmon-trolling area on the east coast of Sweden around Simrishamn have been new destinations for my fishing trips.

On my charters, the fishing methods will be selected according to customers' wishes, the fishing area, and the time of the year. It could be spin casting, trolling, jigging, jerk bait fishing, ice fishing, net fishing, or simple relaxing angling, all depending on your wishes and the best fishing tactics for the desired catch which could pike, perch, pike-perch, trout, salmon, whitefish, or
Baltic herring.
