| 10.15 | Departure for Pensar from Granvik by ferry. Circa 11.00 Arrival at Pensar. |
| 11.30 | Presentation of the holiday village Pensar Syd and settling down in 4-person apartments. |
| 11.45 | Lunch, burbot soup à la Pensar. |
| 12.15 | Taking up nets from under the ice. |
| 20.00 | Preparing a fish dinner together with the chef (e.g. burbot stew, burbot caviar with smetana and chopped onion, cooked sculpin tails) Lasse Torni instructs us in how to clean a burbot. |
| 17.00 | Dinner. In addition to the dishes that we have prepared the menu contains i.a. marinated smelts, roasted parsnips, meat balls in parsley sauce and potatoes. Coffee with “pulla” for dessert. |
| 19.00 | Ice fishing burbot under the guidance of Lasse Torni. |
| 21.30 | Evening tea, after which those active in the evening may continue fishing. |

Additional information |
The history of Pensar Syd is interesting, for originally the area was a training field for the national civil guard troops in the 1930´s. Pensar Syd has a restaurant with full alcohol license for 42 customers. |
